Cancellation Policy
- Lessons take place on Zoom. - To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you miss your trial without 24 hours’ notice, the free offer is no longer available and you will only be accepted for bookings through the regular tutoring options. - If the tutor needs to cancel, as much notice as possible will be given and a replacement session offered. - Sessions will start and end at the agreed time. If a student is late, the session will still end at the scheduled time and will not be extended. - Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Technical issues on the student’s side will not warrant a refund. - All personal information is treated confidentially and in line with GDPR.
